Bal Bharati Public School hosted its annual day celebration on 20th April, 2013 with great pomp and splendour. The school was privileged to have Mr.Vineet Joshi, Chairman CBSE and Mr.P.B.Sharma Vice Chancellor, Delhi Technical University as the chief guest and guest of honour respectively. The other dignitaries and parents were also present in huge numbers to encourage the children.
The program was ushered in by the rendition of the prayer (Invocation) followed by a amalgam of patriotic songs presented by school choir. School orchestra punctuated the evening with captivating array of tunes which enthralled the audience and set the evening rolling. After felicitation of the last year’s achievers, annual report presented by the principal Ms. Rekha Sharma traced the long strides and significant progress made in the last year by BBPS Rohini. Principal Ms. Rekha Sharma was felicitated by school management, PTA and school alumni for winning the National CBSE award for her outstanding contribution in the field of education.
Senior students presented their fountain of talents by presenting the dance drama ‘Nav Chetna’ which mesmerized the audience. The students of junior classes presented musical drama on Walt Disney’s Lion King.
